• No refunds or exchanges once an order is placed.

• Exchanges are only accepted if we made a mistake in size or specifications.

 

• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Item must be unused and in original condition.

• Size differences of 0.5–1.5 inches are normal due to fabric and manual production. Exchanges apply only if the difference is over 1.5 inches.

 

• Orders take 1–4 weeks, depending on demand.

• Some orders may take longer during busy seasons.

 

• We do not respond to inquiries on Fridays.

 

• Please review product descriptions (fabric, cut, etc.) before ordering.

• We use professional lighting in our photos; colors may appear slightly different. Kindly check the description for clarification or contact us for details.

 

Delivery & Non-Response Policy
• Customers must provide correct contact details (phone, email, address).
If the courier cannot reach you ano the order is returned, we will contact you by phone/email.
• If no reply is received within 7 days, the order will be canceled without refund.
