1. No Refunds or Exchanges

•We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed.

•Exchange is only allowed in the rare case that a mistake has been made on our end, and the item does not match the confirmed measurements or specifications.

 

2. Exchange Conditions

•Exchanges will only be considered if the issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

•Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

•We do not accept exchanges for size differences within 0.5 to 1.5 inches due to the nature of fabric and manual production.

Exchanges will only be accepted for size differences greater than 1.5 inches.

 

3. Order Timeline

•Standard order preparation time is 1 to 4 weeks.

•Timelines may vary depending on order volume and seasonal demand, so some orders may take less or more time.

•We appreciate your patience and understanding during high-demand periods.

 

4. Friday Policy

•Fridays are our weekly off-day, and we may not respond to inquiries on that day. We will resume communication on the following working day.
